As Recruiters, we are all in the quest to find the "gold star" employee to present to our clients. Whether we're a Corporate Recruiter, Staffing Agency Recruiter, PEO Recruiter, or Secret Agent Recruiter - we all want the same thing, a great placement. I'm going to open up this blog to share resources, tricks, things that have worked as well as things that most DEFINITELY have not worked. I will do my best (giggle) to post weekly if not more frequently if I can. As the market and trends change, I will try to change my information accordingly so that you can see what is most up to the minute for success and failure! I will try to make it relevant nationwide to HR and Recruiting professionals, however, sometimes we will focus on certain markets that entertain me or as you request! That being said, make a request!
